Olly arrived within estimated time frame and repaired the oven once again, new element. Oven is 20 yrs old, so please don't disguard appliances until you have spoken to James and Olly

10 out of 10 on the communication front.  Really fast response time to enquiry.  I made initial contact out of office hours and wasn’t expecting an immediate response.  However, James responded practically by return.  Unfortunately,  I was outside their catchment area but James was able to recommend someone who could help.  He even followed up on the recommendation to make sure that initial contact had been made with his suggested alternative.  Whilst, on this occasion, James was unable to actually carry out the repair, from the level of service received during the enquiry stage, I have no doubt that the standard of the work carried out would have been to a similarly high standard. Have used several times before to fix issues with oven & dishwasher and very happy with work so called when had an unrelated issue with dishwasher. Olli has looked after our dishwasher and washing machine and fridge freezer for many years. He responds quickly to requests for help. He is very efficient, and as well as replacing parts when necessary he gives us helpful advice about caring for our appliances. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
